Prenatal
Our care leading up to birth includes monitoring of your baby's growth, position, and heartbeat, alongside any necessary lab work such as checking iron levels, ensuring the health and readiness of both you and your child for the birth, postpartum, and overall health.
Postpartum
Our ongoing care includes wellness checks within 48 hours, breastfeeding support, healing assessments, CCHD screening, filing for birth certificate and social security number, and routine care at crucial postpartum milestones. This comprehensive care ensures your physical and emotional well-being and the healthy development of your baby.
Labor and Birth
During your beautiful labor and delivery, Providence offers a range of support, including water birth and other natural laboring methods, with a thoughtful approach to interventions. Our commitment extends to offering choices like delayed cord clamping, immediate skin-to-skin, breastfeeding, and family involvement.
Nutrition and Wellness
Throughout your care with us, we focus on the health of both the mother, and the baby through meticulous monitoring of vital signs, growth, and well-being. We ensure a nurturing journey from the very beginning, supported by in-home or in-center lab testing for comprehensive health oversight.

Investment
To begin, a deposit of $500 is required at your first prenatal visit. This amount will be credited towards your total balance. We are committed to ensuring that all families can access our services. Thus, a deposit of $6,700 for Midwifery care is required by 36 weeks. This applies to everyone, whether you are using insurance or paying out of pocket. Flexible payment plans are available and can be tailored to fit your needs.
While we are not in-network with insurance companies, we proudly partner with healthcare-sharing plans like Samaritan Ministries and Christian Healthcare Ministries. If you plan to seek insurance reimbursement, please start by contacting Birth Professional Billing for verification of benefits and an estimate of your reimbursement. After your delivery, they will handle the creation of an itemized bill and submit your claim for insurance reimbursement. Please note that coverage cannot be guaranteed.

In the rare event that a transfer is necessary, we have a preferred transfer protocol to Fauquier Hospital, ensuring a seamless continuum of care. This allows us to offer peace of mind to our families, knowing that additional medical support is readily available if needed.
